Each day is kicked off with the proper warmup to get your heart rate to the optimal level and your body warm. Coach Stices' signature warmups are designed to start the sweat and prevent injuries.
Coach Stices' program focuses on pumping nutrients into the targeted muscle through Time Under Tension training. He will show you how to shape your muscle groups without over lifting.
We start with the basics to build your foundation. Even if you can bench press 300lbs, this does not mean that you are a balanced Athlete. After 6 weeks with Coach Stice, you will look and feel stronger compared to an old school powerlifting program. Coach Stice has plenty examples of Powerlifters that have trouble keeping up due to improper training balance.
This program doesn't require running miles on the treadmill. Instead, Coach Stice trains your body to deliver more oxygen to your muscles to accelerate endurance. You will be able to run for distance with greater ease after 6 weeks by becoming a more optimized overall Athlete.
